Lighthouse - Beacon of Hope, Inc. is a non-profit educational consulting agency.

We provide assessment, development, and training for struggling students and their families. We also administer professional development for teachers and staff to improve educational practice and consultation to educational agencies for the improvement of operational efficacy.

We embrace the research-based theory of the Structure of Intellect by Dr. J.P. Guilford and Dr. Mary Meeker.

We use the Structure of Intellect method to assess, analyze, train and develop learning abilities.

Results include improved memory, comprehension, evaluation, problem-solving and creativity.

Success Stories

My daughter was having difficulties in school. 3rd Grade is pivotal and she was not grasping the concepts, not able to organize herself, her reading and math skills were low.

During the 3 years that we worked with Ms. Sherri, both our girls improved their reading and math scores. They attended the Summer Programs also and strengthened many intellectual skills that have kept them successful over the years. The girls are now in Middle and High School maintaining excellent grades. I am grateful to Lighthouse for their expertise and care with my girls.
