Everyone is capable of learning

Each person is born with the ability to learn and can learn.

Everyone learns differently

Each person makes discovery and retains information differently.

Everyone can develop stronger intellectual abilities

Each person is born with innate intellectual abilities that can be developed and trained to achieve successes
Success in learning requires differing levels of intellectual abilities to be in place – comprehension, problem solving, evaluation, memory, creativity. In order to bring learning success to the whole student, we must know their learning styles, current level of intellectual function, motivational factors for learning and arouse a love for discovery and learning. The best way to achieve this is to employ relational strategies so that individuals can feel, love, trust and safety.

Structure of Intellect

We embrace the theory of the functions and products of human intelligence based on the work of Dr. J. P. Guilford.

Dr. Guilford’s research solved the problem of Army pilots ‘washing out’ during World War II. His work identified 180 intellectual abilities necessary for job performance. As a student of Dr. J.P Guilford, Mary Meeker used his model of intellectual abilities to identify learning difficulties and discovered that weak abilities could be taught. Dr. Mary Meeker and Dr. Robert Meeker then formulated the Structure of Intellect (SOI) Program for improving cognitive and intellectual abilities in the learning process.

The SOI Program assesses and analyzes individual intellectual abilities, while the Integrated Program Protocol is used to develop and improve weak abilities and increase learning stamina and performance.
